Date:November 1972
Description:Pictured is the Remembrance Parade at Rugeley War Memorial in 1972. This area of the Town was due to be pedestrianised and after the Parade the Memorial was moved from Anson Street to a new site in Brook Square. In 2008 a culvert which ran under Brook Square collapsed and this led to a decision to return the Memorial to Anson Street and place it near to the original location.
