Description:View of High Street from the junction with Stafford Street and Castle Street. The building on the right, with the portico, is the old Market Hall. It was demolished in 1884 to make way for the present Market Hall which was built to a similar design. To the right of the Market Hall is the Town Hall, demolished in 1938.
