Early 18th Century with late 19th Century alterations.

Some windows replaced with period styling c. 2016. May now be single residence.

Mr John Williams has kindly provided some additional information:
"This building was known as the Old Grammar School House as the Usher (who was employed by the Headmaster of the Dilhorn Grammar School to teach local boys of the district and the school, next to the Church in Dilhorne) lived here. The Headmaster lived at what became Blythe House, Blythe Bridge, where he both lived and taught boys from genteel families, who boarded there."

Situated at the junction of High Street and New Road.
The van is a Morris or Austin 6cwt (production 1953-73).
