Description:South west view showing a central block of three storeys with a colonnade. On each side there are wings with semi-circular bays and a rounded roof with a balustrade. The Doric Temple can be seen to the right, and the Stable Block to the left. Inscribed: 'To Thos. Anson Esq. this South west view of Shugborough is inscribed by his obliged and humble servant, S. Shaw.' Engraved by Wilson after a drawing by Rev. S. Shaw.
