Description:This group of musicians is possibly Reg Shakespeare and his orchestra pictured before an engagement at a local dance. Reg Shakespeare is standing third from right at the front with a banjo. 'Shakey' was a well-known local character and musician, who regularly played at the Chains either solo or with his quartet. He died, aged 60, in 1971.
