Description:Standing is Henry Merricks and his wife Mary Merricks (nee Voss). Sitting in front are George Merricks (holding baby George Merricks Jr) and his wife Ann Merricks (nee Halden). Merricks have been living in Stafford back since a William Merrick baptised 4th April 1813 at St. Mary’s Church. His parents were Thomas and Jane Merrick and the trail goes cold from there. The 's' was added to the end of the name around the time of the 1841 census.
