Description:A group photographed on the dedication of a new East window at St. Editha's Church, Church Eaton by the Rt. Rev. Hon. Augustus Legge, Bishop of Lichfield. The new stained glass was designed by C.E. Kempe of London in 1898; the donors were the Misses Ashton of Little Onn Hall.

The Bishop of Lichfield is seated in the middle of the group. Standing either side of him, holding banners, are the Church Wardens, Mr. Pakeman and Mr. Vickers. The clergymen standing behind him include the Rector of Church Eaton, Rev. A.H. Talbot, and the Rev. W. Nicholson, from Meerbrook. Standing to the right are Eveline and Amy Ashton.
