Description:A general view of Bass & Co's brewery, looking northwards and taken from the tower of St. Modwen's Church. The water tower still stands, but little else does. The buildings in front of the water tower occupy what is now the site of Burton Library. Burton Bridge can be seen in the far right hand corner.
