Description:Off the Hook fish and chip restaurant at 16 Mill Street on the corner with Water Street, Stafford. On the end gable is a painted 'Ghost' advertisement for Joules Stone Ales. The sign dates from the building's time as the Nag's Head public house. It was renamed the Water Mill in 2011 but closed in September 2013.

Off the Hook was in business between 2015 and 2018. It is now (2024) Okra Indian restaurant.
