Description:The Old Manor House, also known as Hall Flats, which stood on Coley Lane, Little Haywood. It had been owned by the Whitby family but much of the house was demolished around the 1720s. Part of the building was being used as a blacksmith's shop at the time this watercolour was painted. It had been demolished by the late 19th century and the site is now occupied by bungalows.
