Description:Albert Meakin of Rownall, near Wetley Rocks standing by a locomotive with plate 'Joseph Hardman Ltd'. Albert died, aged 35 in 1934. Joseph Hardman & Sons Ltd were silk spinners and doublers in Oldham, Lancashire.
