Description:This row of cottages stood on Newport Road (A518) near to the junction with Jolt Lane, Haughton.

The photograph was taken from across the road in St. Giles’ churchyard. On the right the 1953 Coronation Gates can be seen. The cottages were later demolished and the road widened.
