Description:A letterhead from J. Bayley & Son, butchers, 40, Derby Street, Leek. Founded by Joseph Bayley, by 1939 the business was run by his son Sydney who died suddenly in 1939, aged 56. Pat Evans was proprietor of Bayley's butchers for 40 years until his retirement in 1987.
