Description:St. John Ambulance, Brittains Paper Mill Division , Cheddleton. Standing far left is Sgt. George Huyton, later to become Superintendent.

The man on the extreme right is in naval uniform. Several of the men have medal-ribbons.The moustachioed seated man has stripes under his badge and a ribboned seam on his trousers, so is probably senior officer in the Brigade.
