Description:Renovation of St. George's Hospital buildings during conversion into flats and housing, a view of the main building from St. George's Parkway.

The County Asylum on Corporation Street opened in 1818, to accommodate 120 private and pauper patients. The asylum moved to Seisdon near Wolverhampton in 1946 and the building became St. George's Hospital in the 1950s. The hospital closed in 1994. After many years standing derelict the site was restored for residential use between 2014 and 2017.
