Description:A colour lithograph print of Oxley Manor from 'A Series of Picturesque Views of the seats of Noblemen and Gentlemen of Great Britain and Ireland' edited by the Rev. F.O. Morris, B.A., published in 1880.

Oxley Manor was built in 1854 for Wolverhampton banker Alexander Hordern, on the site of a mediaeval manor house. The estate passed to Hordern's late wife's brother, henry hill, on his death in 1870. The Hill family left Bushbury in 1920 and the house was demolished in 1929. The site is now occupied by housing and Oxley Park golf course.
