Description:Housing being built in John Amery Drive with David and Enid Perry’s chalet-bungalow, number 32, on the extreme right nearing completion. David and Enid Perry lived here between 1953 and 1958.

The road was named after John Amery O.B.E., Stafford Borough Councillor and Alderman, and Chairman of The Housing Committee. He went on to become Chairman of the County Council.
