Description:Pictured is PC 29 Peter Bartlam, who describes himself as “a Stokie from the Meir who joined Staffordshire County Police in June 1965, serving through the period of the merged Forces, Staffordshire County and Stoke-on-Trent Constabulary, eventually becoming Staffordshire Police, until he retired in October 1997”.
