Description:Adjacent to Knightley Eaves Farm, Fenton's Cottage was a rare mid-Staffordshire example of a dwelling with the cow byre under the same roof. Probably built in the 17th century, this thatched timber-framed cottage was dismantled in 1967. It was named after William and Mabel Fenton who lived there for 38 years from the 1920s to the 1960s.
