Description:Showing a large sturdy oak tree with dense foliage. There are deer under the tree. The oak is in the King's Woods, Needwood Forest. It is mentioned in Sor Munday's poems as 'Lear of the Forest Robb'd All.' The tree was 29 feet in girth.
