Description:Hollybush Farm stands on Common Lane, Bednall. The farmhouse is timber-framed house of the late 16th or early 17th century, much altered in later years.

The 68 acre farm was part of the Littleton estate in 1947 when it was sold to the tenant, William Frederick ‘Fred’ Leech (1905-1986) for £3,800. After the death of Fred Leech it ceased to be a working farm and the house and outbuildings were renovated and converted as accommodation around 1998-2001.
