Description:Tinkerborough is situated close to a sandstone quarry, southeast of Salt, near Stafford. The cottages no longer stand but were believed to be quarry workers' cottages.

The tinted postcard published by W.H. Smith & Son, Stafford, was posted from Stafford in 1912 to an address in St. Helens, Lancashire.
