Description:Pictured are some members of 'D' Company, Ridware Platoon assembled for the photographer. Among the group is Horace West, who was the local Blacksmith (middle row, 5th from left). ‘D’ Company, 12th Battalion, Staffordshire Home Guard, included Platoons from Armitage, Handsacre, Longdon, Blithbury and the Ridwares.
