Description:A postcard illustrating North Staffordshire Railway Company express passenger locomotive no. 86 and tender.

It is a John Henry Adams Class 'G' 4-4-0 built at the Stoke-on-Trent Works in 1910. It was renumbered on its incorporation into the London, Midland and Scottish Railway in 1923 as no. 595 and renumbered again in 1928 as no. 5410. There were four built in the class. They were used on the Llandudno run. Locomotive no. 86 was withdrawn from service in 1929.

The postcard was published by Richard Tilling, 106 Great Dover Street, London SE1 as T.C. 21.
