Description:Darlaston Inn, due to road building, was later situated on a traffic island at the junction of the A34 Stoke to Stone road and the A51. The inn closed in March 2018 and stood empty until its demolition in May 2024 . A filling station and shop now (2026) occupy the traffic island.
