Description:'Uttoxeter Church, Staffordshire.' South east view showing the west tower and spire, the clerestory and the south aisle and the south porch. There are buildings to the left of the church and the graveyard in the foreground. Anonymous.

The large Georgian house on the right of the church is Bank House in Church Road Uttoxeter where Thomas Hart opened Uttoxeter's first bank. The house was built circa 1775-6 by Uttoxeter architect and builder Thomas Gardner in partnership with Derby builder Thomas Freeman.
