Description:The Trumpet stood in Parliament Row in Hanley. It was on one of the town's main streets together with other pubs and shops. There was a small ditty that people used to say when out drinking in the town which included four pubs en-route; "The Angel (Hotel) blew The Trumpet Just In Time for The Woodman". It was demolished in the 1980’s to make way for a McDonald’s.
