Description:Judging Friesian cows at the British Friesian Show and Sale held at W.S. Bagshaw & Sons auctioneers, Uttoxeter, as potential buyers study the livestock for sale. On the right can be seen the White Hart Market Bar which stood at the top if the pub's yard. It was originally built as a pavilion for a bowls green and was converted into a bar by the landlord of the White Hart. The bar and livestock market closed in 2001 at the time of the Foot and Mouth outbreak, and the buildings were demolished in 2006 and the site redeveloped.
