In October 1923 it became LNER 1470N. In March 1925 renumbered LNER 4470. In May 1945 rebuilt to Class A1/1. In 1946 allocated the number LNER 500 but this was not taken up and in October 1946 it became LNER 113. Between August and October 1948 it was renumbered as BR 60113. In November 1962 it was withdrawn and condemned and in February 1963 scrapped and broken up at the Doncaster Locomotive Works.

Locomotive 1536 (finally as 60113) had over 40 years’ service often allocated to various North Eastern depots and routes which included Doncaster, Gateshead, Gorton, Grantham and Kings Cross.
