Description:A postcard view of Horton War Memorial which commemorates the fallen from the First World War and the Second World War. The Memorial stands in the extended churchyard of St. Michael's Church, Horton and was sculpted by Mr J. Nixon from local stone. It was unveiled on 29 August 1921 by Lt. Col. Challinor, D.S.O. and the service was conducted by the vicar, the Rev. E. Wheeldon.
