Description:A postcard view of Weston Station and House and on the left is a part view of the Signal Box.

For many years there were two Stations in the village of Weston. In the picture is Weston Station also known as Weston and Ingestre Station which stood on the North Staffordshire Railway line running between Colwich and Stoke-on-Trent. Nearby there was a level crossing which has since been superseded by a bridge which carries the A51 over the railway line at the A518 junction. At the time of this postcard the line Station was managed by the London, Midland & Scottish Railway.

The other Station in Weston was Ingestre and Weston Station on the former Stafford to Uttoxeter line which closed in 1951. In later years this part of the village was redeveloped, and Weston Village Hall now (2023) stands on the site of this Station.

This postcard was published by the R.A.P. Co. Ltd. of London.
