Description:A postcard view of the interior of the Ebenezer Congregational Church in Monk Street, Tutbury, decorated for a harvest festival or flower service. The organ can be seen behind the man with hymn boards either side. If anyone can identify the man or the occasion then please get in touch. The Minister around the time this photograph was taken was Rev. J. Charles.

Tutbury’s Congregational Church was founded in 1799 and this building was opened in 1808. It has 1849 and 1899 additions.

Postcard reverse has the printed inscription: ‘This space can now be used for Communication with all Countries except United States, Spain and Japan.’

In pencil on the reverse is "Mother".
