Description:George Henry Greatorex, born 26 February 1904, standing outside a house in a garden. At time of the 1911 census he was living with his parents at 10 Friars Road, Stafford.
George was son of George William Greatorex of Friars Road, Stafford and was later Chief Technical Assistant in the County Treasurer's Office. In 1948 he married Lorna Lilian Taylor, the daughter of Mrs L.M. Taylor and the late Mr H. Taylor of Haughton. The married couple lived at 119 Doxey, Stafford. George died in 1963.
