Description:A young girl walking along Sandon Road at the junction with Hilderstone Road in Hilderstone, with Christ Church on the right. On the left is the village school, now a private residence, Mistletoe House.

This postcard was published by T.G. Adie & Co. of Stone and was posted from Hilderstone to Mr D.J. Naginton in Rhyl by his mother. Douglas John Naginton was born about 1899 and his parents had a Butcher's shop in Hanley in 1911. It seems parent and son were on different holidays
