Description:A view of the mid-19th century Vicarage in Ellenhall. It is dated 3 August 1922 and on the reverse is the handwritten message "With all Good Wishes from Uncle & Auntie Lizzie". The couple in the doorway may be Rev. Walter William Holdcroft, who had been appointed Vicar of Ellenhall in March 2022, and his wife Elizabeth. They remained in Ellenhall until he became Vicar of Armitage in December 1927.

The house is now a private residence known as The Old Rectory.
