Description:The Cheadle Co-operative shop at no.8 High Street, Cheadle was opened in 1905 and by 1916 had became the Leek and Moorland Co-operative Society. The window displays feature Pelaw Polish which was the Co-op's brand name for its range of polishes. On the left is a Post Office delivery boy.
