Description:A colour-tinted postcard view looking west along Yarnfield Lane in Yarnfield village. On the right is the Labour in Vain Inn, then named the Robin Hood. Further along the road, to the left, can be seen St. Barnabas’ Church, a Mission Church attached to St. Mary's, Swynnerton which closed in 1995.

Published by A.W. Tilley, newsagent and stationers, 7 Radford Street, Stone. Postmarked in Stone on 5 October 1914 and sent to an address in Congleton, Cheshire.
