Description:Taswell's shop on market Place, Abbots Bromley with Esso petrol pumps outside on the pavement. Thomas Taswell (1895-1989) set up a cycle shop here in the mid 1920s. Taswell's also sold groceries and petrol and it remained in the family until the death of Clifford Taswell (born 1922) in 2007. The left hand side of the building had previously been Loton's grocers. It is now (2023) a private residence.
