Description:A postcard view looking south along Mill Road, Oakamoor towards the bridge over the River Churnet leading to Oakamoor Station. The bridge no longer exists. On the right is the drive leading to The Lodge.

Posted from Widnes to Runcorn in 1913. Ellie of Hough Green writes to her friend Freda (Mrs Frederica Mack) of Runcorn : "I expect when you see this card you'll think I'm staying at Oakamoor - no such luck".
