Description:A multiview postcard with scenes of Market Day in Cheadle. The Empire Theatre can be seen in the upper and lower photographs, situated between the Market Hall and the wall. It is absent in the earlier, centre photograph. The buildings are otherwise laergely unchanged today (February 2023).

Published by E. E. Heathcote of 6, Moorfields, Leek, this postcard was posted from Cheadle in January 1907 to a Miss Tobin in Accrington.
