Description:Cheadle Toll House stood on the corner of Froghall Road and Leek Road. It was built in 1835 and was demolished in March 1963. This toll house and its associated toll gates were built at the junction of two turnpike roads: Cheadle to Leek on the left, and Cheadle to Froghall on the right.
