Description:The mills on Tape Street were built by J. & N. Philips of Tean, cotton tape manufacturers, in 1798. The main three-storey building was built in about 1823. The factory closed in 1972 and was partly demolished the following year. The remaining building now houses a B&M store (February 2023).
