Description:This postcard view looks north-east along the High Street in Cheadle. On the right is the former Cheadle branch of the Leek and Moorlands Co-operative Society Ltd. store, which is currently (February 2023) occupied by a branch of Boots the Chemist.

This postcard was published by Harvey Barton and Son Ltd of Bristol’s “Nuview” Series. It was franked on 26 August 1952 in Cheadle and sent to an address in Bradford, Yorkshire.
