Description:This postcard view shows Hollow Lane in Middle Mayfield, a tranquil scene that has hardly changed over the years.

In the background the cottages and their front garden walls remain (September 2023). On the left is Sunday Cottage and adjoining on the right is Deveron Cottage. The stream in the foreground continues to flow although now it is a little overgrown.
