Description:These timber-framed thatched cottages stood at the corner of Vicarage Lane and The Holborn, opposite the old Post Office. They were demolished in the early 20th century and were replaced by a terrace of four three-storey Mock Tudor houses.

These cottages may have already been demolished by the time this postcard was published.
