Description:A postcard view of the Old Hall which was built by Lord Crewe around 1530. The building is timber infilled with brick and the very large chimney which is twelve feet square serves ten fireplaces. It is currently (2022) known as The Old Hall Country House, with accommodation. One gable bears the inscription 'Walk Knave What Look'st at. 1647.'
