Description:A postcard view of the road junction at Madeley Heath. To the left is Newcastle Road (A525) leading towards Madeley and to the right is the A531 leading towards Wrinehill. The village war memorial, dedicated in 1921, now stands on the site of the finger post road sign. Behind it can be seen St. Mark's Church (later the Meadows Primary School) and the former School House.

Postmarked at Silverdale, 9 November 1913.
