Description:This postcard view shows anglers fishing on the banks of the boating lake alongside the miniature railway, with Cotton Blossom giving rides to visitors by the lake at Drayton Manor Park and Zoo. In the background on the right two of the aerial cars can be seen.
In later years the site became known as Drayton Manor Resort, one of the largest amusement parks in the UK with over 100 rides, a 15 acre zoo and accommodation. It is situated in the grounds of the former Drayton Manor, near Tamworth.
