Description:This postcard view shows the aerial car ride which was in service from around 1964 to 2017 at Drayton Manor Park and Zoo. In the foreground on the right there is a part view of the lake with a boat which is thought to be the Cotton Blossom.

In later years the site became known as Drayton Manor Resort, one of the largest amusement parks in the UK with over 100 rides, a 15 acre zoo and accommodation. It is situated in the grounds of the former Drayton Manor, near Tamworth.
