Description:This postcard view shows the Flying Dutchman which opened in 1983 and is still in service (2022) at Drayton Manor Park and Zoo.

In later years the site became known as Drayton Manor Resort, one of the largest amusement parks in the UK with over 100 rides, a 15 acre zoo and accommodation. It is situated in the grounds of the former Drayton Manor, near Tamworth.

This postcard was printed by E.T.W. Dennis and Sons Ltd., Scarborough.
